Beginning at a spruce tree standing on the southwest side line of John and David Hamor’s settlers lot and;
running S 27° W 150 rods to a pine tree on the line of lot #39 sold to William Mason;
then N 63° W 100 rods to an oak tree;
then N 10° E to the head line of William Mason’s settlers lots;
then by the head line of said Mason’s, Henry Knowles, and Levi Higgins settlers lots;
[then] to the west corner bound of said John and David Hamors’ lot;
then by said Hamor’s southwest side line to the bound first mentioned.
