Translation
A new genus, related to Pseuduvaria Miq. and to Orophea Blume, it differs from both with inflorescences opposite the leaves, with the torus of a staminate flower conico-elongate, and with the staminal connective neither laterally dilated nor projecting over the thecas of an anther, and further it differs from Pseuduvaria with solitary pollen grains, and from Orophea with unisexual flowers.
