   Description: 100 acres
      Beginning at a rock maple stump, which stump is the bounds between the said Sargent and James Richardson Jr.;
      thence running first N 10° E 124 rods to a cedar stake;
      thence S 80° E 114 rods to the northeast harbor;
      then following the shore to the first mentioned bounds.
