The deed found in book 2 on pages 419–420 covered two parcels on the Peters Plan: C33 (back lot) and G10 (first lot). However, the relative dimensions (i.e., length vs. width) of the first lot do not seem to match G10 on the Peters Plan. Further, the area of Bar Harbor marked "Ireson Hill" on some maps is in the area of lots B21 and B22. More research is needed on this point.

   Grantors: Bartholomy DeGregoire and Maria Theresa DeGregoire
   Grantee: John Cousins
   Description: 100 acres, composed of 2 lots
      first lot (65 acres, 108 [square] rods):
         Beginning at a birch tree, the northwest bound of said [John] Cousins' lot;
         run first S 38° W 126 rods to a poplar tree;
         then S 56.25 [°] E 100 rods to a maple tree;
         then N 26° E 132 rods to the shore;
         then following the shore to the first bound.
      back lot (34 acres):
         Begin ... at the north corner of Elisha Cousins' lot;
         run first N 56.25° W 51 rods to a spruce tree, the bound between him [John Cousins] and Monsieur DeGregoire;
         then S 33.75° W 112 rods to Mr. Smalledge's line;
         then S 60.25° E 51 rods;
         then N 33.75° E to the first mentioned bound.
   Grantors obtained this parcel via: grant from the General Court of Massachusetts
   Grantee disposed of the first lot of this parcel via 8:535–536
