   Note: William Atherton mortgaged the northern half of this parcel with John Somes Jr. (55:308; 2 April 1831)
   Grantee disposed of the northern half of this parcel via ???:??? and the southern half likely through his will to son Onslow A. Atherton, who disposed of it via 145:416
