Description: lots #78 and #79 on Peters Plan, containing 202 acres and 140 square rods, and described as one parcel. This page follows lot #79.
Beginning on the shore, at a spruce tree, the southeast corner bound of lot #77, deeded to Stephen Southard;
running by said lot north 290 rods to a fir tree, marked;
then east 100 rods to a spruce tree, the northwest corner bound of lot #80, deeded to Capt. James Clement;
then by said lot #80 south [see note below] to a spruce tree on the shore of Clement's Cove, so-called;
then southerly and westerly by the shore to the bound first mentioned, embracing lots #78 and #79.
Note: The direction given incorrectly in the deed was "east", which would not lead to the shore.
