   Grantors: Charles Willing and Chapman Biddle (representing the estate of William Bingham)
   Grantee: Hasket Derby
   Description: 72 acres and 139 square rods, more or less; southern part of lot #62 on the Peters Plan
      Beginning at the sea shore at a pile of stones, the southeast corner of the north part of lot #62 of the allotment of the lands of the Bingham estate in Eden township, aforesaid, conveyed to Charles D. Homans;
      then along the shore S 9° W (nearly) 105 perches;
      then along the north line of lot #63 (the Sand Beach Lot, so-called) N 81° W 115 perches;
      then along the east line of land conveyed to Gilmore and Brewer N 5° E 73 perches to a cedar tree;
      then along the south line of the north part of lot #62 conveyed to Charles D. Homans aforesaid N 81° E 147 perches to the place of beginning.

      then along the south line of said lot S 81° W 20 perches to a spotted birch tree;
      then along the said line 117 perches to a corner—a spotted spruce tree near a flat rock;
      then S 9° E 70 perches on the old head line of the lot to a cedar tree spotted for a corner;
      then N 81° E 73 perches to a stake in the road just south of the “Twin Oaks”;
      then along same course 74 perches to the shore to a stake and stones on the bank;
      then by the shore northerly 70 perches to the place of beginning.
