   Grantors: Charles Willing and Phineas Pemberton Morris (representing the estate of William Bingham)
   Grantee: Stephen Higgins Jr.
   Description: 119 acres; lot #50 on Peters Plan
      Beginning at the west corner of lot #49 of the allotment of the lands of the Bingham estate in Eden township aforesaid (unsold);
      then along the southwest line of said lot S 45° E 100 perches;
      then along the northwest line of lot #56, conveyed to Oliver Higgins, and the northwest line of lot 57 (unsold) S 45° W 280 perches;
      then along the eastern shore of Young's Pond, so-called [now Eagle Lake], by the several courses and distances thereof (in the main northerly) to the southeast line of lot #51, conveyed to Richard Higgins;
      then along the said line of lot #51 and the southeast line of lot #48, also conveyed to Richard Higgins aforesaid, N 45° E to the place of beginning.

   Description: Two lots bordering east shore of Eagle Lake.
      Lot one:
         Beginning at a piece of iron pipe driven in the ground on the eastern shore of Eagle Lake at the southwesterly corner of land of Charles E. Lindall;
         then S 38° 25′ E, but always following said land of said Lindall to a piece of iron pipe driven in the ground in the westerly side of the old private way leading from the Eagle Lake Road to the camp of William M. Roberts;
         then following said westerly side of said old way southerly to a piece of iron pipe driven in the ground at a point 25 feet distant from the line next above described to a piece of iron pipe driven in the ground at a point 25 feet distant from the line next above described, measuring at right angles from said line;
         then westerly parallel with and everywhere 25 feet distant from the line first hereinabove described to a piece of iron pipe driven in the ground on the eastern shore of Eagle Lake;
         then following said shore to the place of beginning. [subject to "the exception and reservation" in deed (448:437; 4 May 1908) from William M. Roberts to Lena M. Lynam; namely, the right to "widen said private way not exceeding thirty feet"]
      Lot two:
         Beginning at a piece of iron pipe driven in the ground on the eastern shore of Eagle Lake at the southwesterly corner of the lot first hereinabove described;
         then S 38° 25′ E, but always following said lot first hereinabove described to a piece of iron pipe driven in the ground in the westerly side of the old private way leading from the Eagle Lake Road to the camp of said Roberts, said iron pipe marking the southeasterly corner bound of said lot first hereinabove described;
         then N 52° W to a piece of iron pipe driven in the ground on the eastern shore of Eagle Lake;
         then following said shore in a northerly direction to the place of beginning.
